Job Summary :

InfoBeans Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong expertise in developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management modules. The candidate should have experience designing complex IRM workflows, implementing custom scripting, and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications supporting risk, compliance, audit, and business continuity functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM modules including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.

- Design IRM workflows, Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM), scoring models, and entity scoping.

- Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, Flows, Notifications, SLAs, and Reports.

- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, Integration Hub flows, and MID Server integrations.

- Handle data migration, import/export activities, and ensure data integrity.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders on requirement gathering, design discussions, and sprint planning.

- Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend ServiceNow IRM best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (CIS-GRC/IRM).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and data management.
