Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer with 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including extensive expertise in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions that align with business requirements and governance standards. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript-based scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and platform administration. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM solutions based on business requirements.

- Implement and support Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules including :

1. Policy & Compliance Management

2. Risk Management

3. Audit Management

4. Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Catalog Items.

- Develop and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

- Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.

- Configure and maintain MID Server for integrations and discovery activities.

- Develop scalable and reusable ServiceNow applications while following platform best practices.

- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and patch implementations.

- Manage CMDB configurations and ensure data integrity across the platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, integrations, workflows, and performance bottlenecks.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and ServiceNow development best practices.

- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and deployment guides.

- Support production deployments and post-implementation activities.

- Collaborate with QA teams for testing and defect resolution.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Required Technical Skills :

ServiceNow Platform :

- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.

- Strong implementation experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
