Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IRM expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of risk and compliance frameworks for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex regulatory requirements and technical execution, working closely with C-suite stakeholders, IT security teams, and business process owners to fortify the organization's risk posture. You will be responsible for translating high-level governance strategies into automated, scalable ServiceNow workflows, ensuring that our clients maintain continuous compliance and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions that align with global regulatory standards to streamline audit readiness and policy enforcement.

- Lead cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to map business requirements into technical specifications.

- Design advanced compliance analytics and reporting dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into the organization's risk profile and control effectiveness.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementation projects, from initial scoping and process design to configuration, testing, and post-deployment support.

- Collaborate with IT audit and security teams to automate control testing and evidence collection.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices for Policy Management, Risk Assessment, and Issue Remediation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IRM modules, with a deep understanding of the GRC suite and its integration with broader ITIL processes.

- Proven ability to translate complex Cyber Security and IT Governance frameworks into functional technical requirements.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting compliance data to drive continuous improvement.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across our Pune and Bangalore offices.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, complemented by relevant ServiceNow certifications.
