Job Overview :

Seeking experienced ServiceNow Integration Engineers to support ANZ Bank's Integrated Risk Management (IRM) transformation program. The role focuses on designing, developing, and managing secure, scalable, and audit-ready integrations between ServiceNow IRM modules and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.

- Build and manage integrations into and out of ServiceNow.

- Support ServiceNow IRM modules including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

- Ensure data accuracy, traceability, security, and regulatory compliance.

- Implement secure integration patterns using OAuth2, encryption, logging, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise integration solutions.
