About the Role :

We are hiring a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant (IRM / ITAM / ITOM).

Location : Bangalore preferred; open to Pune and Gurugram.

Work Model : Hybrid.

Experience : 5 - 7 years.

Interview timing mostly 11am to 1PM.

Shift Timing : UK shift - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Notice Period : Immediate 15 days.

Overall expectation :

- 5 - 7 years of total experience, all in ServiceNow.

- Only hands-on implementation experience (no admin or managed services work).

- Mainline and Snow certification required.

Module : ServiceNow ITAM - Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

Role & Responsibilities :

- HAM Pro Implementation : Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM Pro solutions, including asset lifecycle management (procurement, deployment, maintenance, reclamation, retirement, and disposal).

- Integration : Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow HAM Pro and 3rd-party systems such as MDM/UEM (Microsoft Intune, Jamf, VMware Workspace) and procurement/inventory tools.

- Lifecycle Management : Utilize the Hardware Asset Workspace to track hardware stockrooms, consumables, and asset lifecycle policies.

- And have experience with hardware normalization, reconciliation, and asset request flows.

- Module : Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

Experience we are looking for :

- ServiceNow IRM hands- on proficiency : data model (Authority Doc - Control - Test; Risk Framework - Risk - Assessment - Indicator; Profiles), configure risk methodology and assessments, build/mapping control library, automate monitoring with Indicators/integrations, manage issues/exceptions workflows, align with CMDB/CSDM, and build role- based dashboards.

- ITOM domain and CMDB/CSDM mastery : CMDB design and class model, identification/reconciliation, normalization and data quality, discovery coverage strategy, dependency and service mapping (topology of apps/services), and service health modeling.

- Hands-on implementation and operations : MID Server deployment/hardening and credential management; Discovery (patterns, probes/sensors) and Service Mapping (pattern/traffic/tag-based)

- Event Management/AIOps (event rules, alert correlation, service health KPIs, Metric Intelligence/Log Analytics); cloud/Kubernetes discovery and integrations (AWS/Azure/GCP); automation with Orchestration/IntegrationHub for remediation; dashboards and operational reporting.
