Role Overview :

A ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module.

Key Responsibilities :

- 5+ years of in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module, including its various applications and functionalities.

- Strong development skills in ServiceNow, including experience with scripting (JavaScript), UI customization, and web services.

- Understanding of HR processes and workflows, including case management, employee relations, and change management.

- Building custom widgets using technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS for the Service Portal.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs.

- Ensuring the stability and performance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including handling updates, import sets, and transform maps.

- Participating in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including testing and deploying changes to the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HRSD certifications.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) or HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) are a plus.

- Experience in IVR or Employee Document Management is a plus.

- Familiarity with configuration of ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and agent workspace, table management, performance analytics.

- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools for measuring HR performance and employee satisfaction.
