Role Overview :

As a ServiceNow HAM Pro Tech Lead, you will serve as the primary technical authority for our enterprise-grade IT Asset Management initiatives. You will lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of complex HAM Pro solutions, ensuring that our asset lifecycle management is seamless, automated, and audit-ready. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, IT infrastructure teams, and business process owners to translate intricate business requirements into scalable technical architectures. By driving the maturity of our asset management ecosystem, you will directly influence cost optimization, license compliance, and operational efficiency across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust ServiceNow HAM Pro solutions to streamline hardware and software asset lifecycles, ensuring high data integrity and visibility for leadership.

- Lead technical workshops with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable ServiceNow workflows.

- Develop custom scripts using JavaScript to extend platform capabilities, automate complex asset discovery, and integrate with third-party procurement and inventory systems.

- Mentor junior developers and technical consultants by conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for ServiceNow implementation and maintenance.

- Oversee the migration and normalization of asset data, ensuring that all configurations align with industry standards and organizational compliance mandates.

- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, significantly reducing manual overhead and improving overall IT service delivery outcomes.
