Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM PRO module.

- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.

- Experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for asset management.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities, features, and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.

- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
