Job Description :

Handle day to day Tasks, Incidents, and Remediation activities related to ServiceNow HAM.

- Ensure SLAs are consistently met for all HAM related tickets.

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for asset and inventory issues.

- Monitor and manage the dedicated HAM operations mailbox, responding to asset related queries within agreed timelines.

- Work closely with vendor partners to: Track devices, coordinate device return or correction, Ensure assets are updated accurately in ServiceNow.

- Escalate vendor or operational issues to the HAM Manager when required.

- Maintain a complete, accurate, and up to date technology asset inventory in ServiceNow.

- Handle ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) field updates and correct records when errors occur.

- Perform detailed analysis of asset data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.

- Execute full remediation activities for asset data discrepancies and failures.

- Ensure asset lifecycle stages are correctly maintained (procurement to retirement).

- Perform minor development and enhancement activities related to HAM.

- Work on user stories, defect fixes, and configuration changes.

- Support configuration changes without impacting production stability.

- Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis (RCA).

- Ensure asset normalization and data consistency standards are followed.

- Support audit and compliance activities related to HAM data.

- Document solutions and create/update knowledge articles as required.
