Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore or Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and compliance officers to translate business requirements into effective and efficient ServiceNow solutions. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening our organization's risk management, compliance, and audit capabilities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and minimizing potential business disruptions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management, to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

- Integrate ServiceNow GRC/IRM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance overall visibility into risk and compliance posture.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow development.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test plans, to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to optimize performance.

- Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them for improving GRC/IRM processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions, showcasing a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management, to meet specific business needs.

- Strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST), compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and audit methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow development.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptable to a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
