Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Delivery Lead to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of ServiceNow Risk, Compliance and Governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM project delivery.

- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies.

- Configure and implement Risk, Policy & Compliance, Vendor Risk and Audit Management.

- Provide technical solution design and hands-on ServiceNow configuration.

- Work on Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer and REST/SOAP integrations.

- Lead client discussions, workshops, sprint planning and governance meetings.

- Manage and mentor developers, BAs, architects and QA teams.

- Ensure ServiceNow best practices and successful production deployments.

Mandatory Skills :

- ServiceNow GRC / IRM, Risk Management, Policy & Compliance

- Vendor Risk Management / TPRM, Audit Management

- ServiceNow Configuration & Administration, REST/SOAP Integrations

- Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Project/Delivery Management

- Stakeholder Management, Agile/Scrum

- ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

- ServiceNow Now Assist implementation, GRC/IRM Micro-certifications

- Large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformation experience, Azure DevOps experience
