Job Title : ServiceNow GRC/IRM Consultant (Platform Maintenance & Operations)

Employment Type : Contract (6 Months)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Provide front-line support for ServiceNow applications by managing incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with SLAs and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.

- Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow platform components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).

- Design and manage complex workflows and Flow Designer implementations.

- Support solution migration and deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.

- Monitor ServiceNow platform performance and conduct regular health checks.

- Plan and execute ServiceNow application upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities in collaboration with Release Management teams.

- Identify opportunities for platform optimization and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

- Develop, maintain, and execute dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to ensure service targets are met.

- Manage platform reference data in alignment with architecture, governance policies, and standards.

- Support integrations with external systems using SOAP, REST APIs, web services, and connectors.

- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders while adhering to agile methodologies and delivery practices.

- Be available to support client-specific time zones as required.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 35 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in development, configuration, support, and maintenance.

Strong expertise in configuring :

1. Business Rules

3. UI Policies

4. UI Scripts

5. UI Actions

6. UI Pages

7. Script Includes

8. Access Control Lists (ACLs)

9. Flow Designer and Workflows

- Experience with ServiceNow platform deployments and environment migrations.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and product offerings.

Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow applications such as :

1. Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC)

2. Vulnerability Response (VR)

3. Security Operations (SecOps)

- Experience with SOAP, REST APIs, scripted web services, and third-party integrations.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile team environment.

- Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in implementing or maintaining 23 ServiceNow applications across GRC/IRM, TPRM, VR, or SecOps.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

- Experience with platform monitoring, reporting, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with release management and ITSM best practices.

- Exposure to ServiceNow platform architecture and governance standards.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Mandatory.

- Implementation certifications in IRM or TPRM are highly preferred.

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.

Certifications :
