Role Summary :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the cloud security framework and architecture for ARA's Client, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals. They will lead the implementation of cloud security controls and manage the transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with managers to determine security needs.

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions.

- Manage integration with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Support pre-sales efforts, including effort estimations and proposal preparation.

- Supervise, recruit, and train security personnel.

- Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor personnel performance.

- Document the implementation of cloud security controls.

- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.

- Proficient in developing and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform.

- Strong knowledge in ServiceNow Scripting modules.

- Excellent command of English (verbal/written).

Nice to Have:

- Experience in other GRC tools like RSA Archer or MetricStream.

- Knowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting.

- ServiceNow certifications.
