Skills Required :

- 3-5 years of overall and relevant ServiceNow experience (Development, Configuration, and Maintenance).

- Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows/flow designer, and solution migration to higher environments.

- Well-versed with various ServiceNow products and platform capabilities.

- Experience in implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external systems using connectors would be given more preference.

- Ability to thrive in an agile environment and efficiently manage deliverables using agile methodologies.

- Experience in the implementation/maintenance of at least 2-3 applications (GRC Integrated Risk Management, ServiceNow VR, SecOps, etc.).

- Excellent documentation, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with teams across geographical locations.

- Experience in ServiceNow platform deployments.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Should be available to work on client specific time zone.

ServiceNow Support and Maintenance Must Have :

- Provide front-line support, manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets related to ServiceNow applications. Ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with SLAs and root cause analysis.

- Monitor system performance and conduct daily health checks of the ServiceNow platform.

- Plan and manage the technical activities for ServiceNow application upgrades and patching, in conjunction with Release Management.

- Identify potential improvement areas in the platform and implement the necessary fixes.

- Develop, maintain, and execute service reports/dashboards to ensure system operation meets service performance targets.

- Manage the Reference Data within the platform in accordance with architecture and governance policies and standards.

Certifications / Good to have experience :

- Candidate must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & CAD

- Implementation Certifications are a plus (IRM or TPRM).
