Hiring : ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst (Techno-Functional)

Role Overview :

As a Techno-Functional BA, you will be the primary link between our business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. Youll drive the end-to-end implementation of GRC/IRM solutions, ensuring that our ServiceNow platform isn't just "functional" but truly transformative for our risk and compliance posture.

What will you do :

- Bridge the Gap : Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications (BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories).

- Configure & Optimize : Get hands-on with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules to customize workflows and perform gap analyses.

- Lead Workshops Conduct stakeholder discussions to uncover pain points and recommend best-practice improvements.

- Ensure Compliance Align platform capabilities with global frameworks like SOX, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

- Delivery Excellence : Support the full SDLC, from initial requirement gathering through UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Your Technical Toolkit :

- ServiceNow Expertise : Deep knowledge of GRC/IRM modules is non-negotiable.

- Documentation Proven track record of creating high-quality User Stories and technical documentation.

- Methodology Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

- Process Knowledge A solid grasp of Audit, Risk, and Compliance workflows.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications : ServiceNow CSA and CIS-GRC/IRM are highly preferred.

Integrations : Experience with platform integrations and automated workflows.

Regulatory Savvy : Familiarity with international regulatory standards.
