Role Overview :

This role focuses heavily on macro-level platform blueprinting, instance health governance, multi-instance strategy, and aligning ServiceNow with the wider corporate Enterprise Architecture ecosystem.

We are seeking an exceptionally strategic and technically profound ServiceNow Platform Blueprint and Enterprise Architecture (EA) Build Architect. In this role, you will serve as the chief master planner of our total ServiceNow footprint, designing the global Platform Blueprint, defining multi-instance strategies, tenant architectures, foundational data models, and enterprise-wide integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Blueprint and Road mapping: Design, establish, and continuously evolve the core architectural blueprint for the ServiceNow platform. Formulate domain separation strategies, clone profiles, instance consolidation plans, and release/upgrade cadences.

- EA Integration Build: Architect and govern the enterprise ecosystem blueprints. Design secure, low-latency, scalable integration fabrics between ServiceNow and external core systems using IntegrationHub and custom APIs.

- CSDM and Data Governance Leadership: Serve as the executive authority on the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Architect the foundational structural mappings across the CMDB, Asset portfolios, and business services.

- Technical Debt and Health Governance: Define platform-wide guardrails for customization vs. configuration. Direct automated code analysis routines, manage performance optimizations, and run code reviews to guarantee upgradeability and standard OOTB compliance.

- Platform Automation and DevOps Tooling: Architect automated delivery pipelines (CI/CD) for ServiceNow development using source control (Git), App Engine Studio, and Automated Test Framework (ATF) blueprints.

- Strategic Advisory and Collaboration: Act as the direct bridge to the corporate Enterprise Architecture board.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Overall Experience: 8 - 12 years in IT enterprise architecture, solution engineering, or systems design.

- ServiceNow Architecture Mastery: 5+ years of dedicated experience running ServiceNow enterprise-level platform-wide architecture.

- Advanced Technical Depth: Mastery of ServiceNow runtime environments, performance tunings, complex domain-separated architecture, and IntegrationHub framework.

- Framework Familiarity: Strong practical familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF) and structural data frameworks (ITIL v4, COBIT).

Certifications (Highly Preferred) :

- ServiceNow Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a major requirement.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a massive differentiator.
