About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Discovery Cloud Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery.

The role focuses on maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CMDB, with strong emphasis on cloud environments and Service Graph Connectors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and manage ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery to ensure accurate CMDB population.

- Enable automated discovery of cloud assets across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including relationships and dependencies.

- Configure and maintain Service Graph Connectors for ingesting external cloud and infrastructure data into CMDB.

- Manage MID Servers, credentials, and secure integrations for cloud discovery.

- Troubleshoot discovery issues and improve coverage, data accuracy, and reconciliation.

- Collaborate with ITOM, CMDB, and operations teams to enhance visibility and asset management.

- Ensure alignment with ITIL configuration management best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including Cloud Discovery.

- Proven expertise in Service Graph Connectors for AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow CMDB architecture and data models.

- Experience working with MID Servers, credential management, and secure integrations.

- Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure components such as EC2, virtual machines, storage, and networking.

- Hands-on experience with discovery troubleshooting and optimization.

- Scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python (preferred).

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and configuration management principles.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Discovery Implementation Specialist certification.

- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.).

- Exposure to multi-cloud and hybrid IT environments.
