- Strong experience in ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping

- Expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and CI Relationship Management

- Hands-on experience with:

1. MID Server Installation & Troubleshooting

2. Discovery Scheduling & Pattern Development

3. Discovery Pattern Debugging

4. CMDB Reconciliation & Data Governance

5. ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript)

6. Windows/Linux Administration Fundamentals

7. Networking Concepts (DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, IP Management)

What You'll Be Doing:

- Design and maintain accurate service maps across enterprise applications

- Configure, customize, and optimize Discovery patterns

- Drive CMDB accuracy, governance, and data quality initiatives

- Analyze CI relationships and service dependencies

- Support impact analysis, service health monitoring, and operational visibility

- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and platform teams globally
