Key Responsibilities :

1. ServiceNow Platform Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation solutions.

- Build and maintain ServiceNow flows and automated catalog items to streamline internal processes.

- Develop custom modules, integrations, and platform enhancements within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Ensure scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational requirements.

2. Automation & Workflow Optimization :

- Develop and improve automation platforms that support R&D and operational teams.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement efficient solutions.

- Create reusable automation components to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

3. DevOps Integration & Process Improvement :

- Implement DevOps practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize deployment pipelines, workflows, and automation frameworks.

- Evaluate existing DevOps processes and recommend improvements using Agile and Lean methodologies.

4. ServiceNow Flow Development :

- Design and implement ServiceNow Flow Designer workflows.

- Develop automated catalog items for service provisioning and operational requests.

- Ensure smooth integration between ServiceNow workflows and enterprise systems.

5. Platform Enhancement & Maintenance :

- Develop and maintain new components and features within the ServiceNow platform.

- Monitor system performance and optimize platform components.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows.

6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with :

- Software developers

- Operations teams

- DevOps engineers

- Product owners

- Business stakeholders

- Participate in technical discussions and help define automation strategies.

- Provide technical guidance to teams adopting ServiceNow-based automation solutions.

7. Operational Support :

- Support operational activities related to ServiceNow platform maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Ensure system reliability, stability, and performance.

- Participate in incident management and resolution processes.

8. Agile Development Participation :

- Work as part of a Scrum team of DevOps experts.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including :

- Sprint planning

- Daily stand-ups

- Sprint reviews

- Retrospectives

- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize development tasks.
