We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Security Operations (SecOps) to design, develop, and implement security workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work closely with security teams to enhance incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Security Operations (SecOps).

- Implement and customise modules such as Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence (TI).

- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.

- Integrate ServiceNow with security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, threat feeds).

- Automate security processes such as: Incident detection and response, Vulnerability remediation workflows.

- Collaborate with SOC teams, security analysts, and IT teams.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to best practices.

- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and platform enhancements.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

- Experience in SecOps modules (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence).

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations.

- Knowledge of ITSM processes.

- Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.

- Understanding of security concepts : SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), Vulnerability tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable).

- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow certifications : Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), SecOps Implementation Specialist.

- Exposure to ITOM / GRC modules, Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
