Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a specialized focus on Now Assist and MCP (Multi-Channel Playbook) to join our growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement Now Assist configurations to drive conversational AI and predictive intelligence, enabling users to resolve issues faster through automated insights.

- Design and maintain Multi-Channel Playbooks to standardize service delivery processes, ensuring consistent outcomes across diverse business units and communication channels.

- Develop custom ServiceNow applications and integrations by leveraging advanced scripting and API frameworks to meet unique client requirements and improve operational efficiency.

- Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex functional requirements into robust technical specifications, ensuring alignment with long-term platform strategy.

- Optimize platform performance and user experience by conducting thorough testing and iterative refinements, directly impacting customer satisfaction and platform adoption rates.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow development, specifically within the Now Assist and MCP frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow best practices, coupled with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and project managers.

- Proven ability to thrive in a remote-first or distributed team environment, maintaining high levels of self-motivation and accountability across multiple time zones.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.
