We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer Lead - ITOM with 12+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, drive architecture discussions, implement best practices, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

- Architect and implement ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Cloud Discovery, and Orchestration.

- Design scalable and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.

- Develop and customise ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and IntegrationHub.

- Configure Discovery schedules, MID Servers, patterns, probes, sensors, and troubleshoot discovery issues.

- Ensure CMDB health through identification, reconciliation, normalisation, and governance best practices.

- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.

- Perform technical reviews, code reviews, and mentor developers on ServiceNow development standards.

- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Support platform upgrades, instance performance tuning, security compliance, and governance activities.

Requirements :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules : Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Cloud Discovery, Orchestration.

- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.

- Strong knowledge of MID Server architecture, Discovery Patterns, Probes, Sensors, and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Nag.
