ServiceNow Developer/Lead - FSM/ITSM Module

Description :

- Customize applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer

- Develop and manage modules like ITSM, CSM, FSM, APO, and Finance Management

- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub

- Manage Service Catalog, workflows, and Flow Designer

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

- Support platform upgrades and releases

- Work with stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environment

Required Skills :

- Expertise in JavaScript and REST/SOAP integrations

- Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and platform architecture

- Experience with Finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, etc.)
