Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CRM/CPQ Developer with 8+ years of overall experience and 5+ years specializing in ServiceNow CRM/CPQ. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support enterprise CRM solutions, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize ServiceNow CRM/CPQ modules.

- Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.

- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Manage data migration, dashboards, reporting, and Platform Analytics.

- Implement ACLs, security controls, and DevOps/CI/CD practices.

- Support Agile delivery, UAT, go-live activities, and production stabilization.

- Mentor junior developers and enforce development best practices.

Qualifications:

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) and ITIL certification are preferred.
