About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

- Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems.

- Implement ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or CSM solutions based on business requirements.

- Create and maintain Service Catalogs, Knowledge Management, and CMDB solutions.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.

- Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization activities.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide support during deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 510 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform customization and configuration.

- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.

- Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- Additional ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage.
