Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT and business operations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications, while ensuring platform stability, security, and performance.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality ServiceNow solutions following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom modules.

- Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and process owners to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including workflows, flow designer, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and UI actions.

- Perform advanced scripting using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Pages, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, and scheduled jobs.

- Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through effective implementation of ACLs and role-based access controls.

- Lead ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal platform performance.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term scalable solutions.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, solution documentation, and configuration guides.

- Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting development best practices.

- Collaborate with DevOps and Agile teams to support CI/CD, testing, and release management processes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and/or custom ServiceNow applications.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting APIs.

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, table structures, CMDB, and platform architecture.

- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization.

- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including code versioning, testing, and documentation.

- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems such as LDAP, SCCM, Azure, AWS, or other enterprise platforms.

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.

- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.

- Exposure to Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or Mobile Studio.
