Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, integrations, and a strong understanding of ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules

- Customize ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and UI policies

- Implement and maintain ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM modules

- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI actions

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and performance bottlenecks

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements

- Ensure best practices, scalability, and security standards are followed

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow development

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes)

- Hands-on with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)

- Knowledge of ITIL processes

- Familiarity with Service Portal / UI Builder

- Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
