ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and HRSD.

- Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and integrations to meet business requirements.

- Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, Risk Management, Compliance, and HR Service Delivery processes.

- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Knowledge Management solutions, and self-service portals.

- Build integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Support CMDB health, data governance, asset lifecycle management, and service mapping initiatives.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to provide operational and business insights.

- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and platform governance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and support teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and HRSD modules.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.

- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management implementations.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
