Role Overview :

As a ServiceNow Developer at Volto Consulting, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet our clients' specific business requirements.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

This role involves working on diverse projects, enhancing existing functionalities, and contributing to the overall success of our ServiceNow practice.

You will be a key player in enabling our clients to streamline their IT processes, improve service delivery, and enhance their overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, and CSDM, to align with business needs.

- Design and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for effective IT asset management.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and implementation guides, for knowledge sharing and future reference.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

- Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure the quality and stability of ServiceNow applications, minimizing errors and maximizing user satisfaction.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, providing recommendations for platform enhancements and improvements, driving innovation and efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, and CSDM, to meet specific business requirements.

- Strong understanding of CMDB principles and experience in designing and maintaining CMDB structures, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in a remote/hybrid work environment, collaborating with geographically distributed teams
