Job Overview:

- We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to build, customize, and integrate ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, system integrations, and cloud management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Implement and configure modules such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and PPM.

- Build and maintain system integrations with enterprise applications.

- Configure workflows, business rules, and UI components.

- Work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.

- Support cloud management integrations and automation workflows.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and improve system performance.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development

- Expertise in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and PPM modules

- Strong knowledge of System Integrations and APIs

- Experience with Cloud Management and ServiceNow platform automation

- Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting and platform configuration

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification

- Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
