Job Description :

- Implement standardization and best practice for ServiceNow ITSM/GRC/CSM

- Develop custom applications and feature to satisfy business needs

- Develop Flows Flow designer for custom applications and features

- Develop queries reports and dashboards and Workspaces

- Develop Inbound Email Actions

- Develop integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs scripted Web Services and custom REST APIs

- Create and configure Business Rules UI Policies UI Actions Client Scripts SLAs Notifications and ACLs including advanced scripting of each

- Import data into ServiceNow utilizing Scheduled Jobs Flows Import Sets and Transform maps

- Follow coding standards and convention while development

- Implement standards and best practices for maintaining the health performance and scalability of the custom app

- Implement prototyping POC as needed

- Work with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions

- Proactive responsive and focused on anticipating future requirements and or issues

- Drive timely closure for assigned issues requests

- Develop clear and concise technical process user manual documentation

- Strong collaboration with stakeholders including internal customers stakeholders and vendors to understand challenges and gain consensus on improved system and operational solutions

- Must have experience in implementation of ServiceNow Instance Upgrade

- Industry and project experience of 5 years with ServiceNow
