Role Purpose :

Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM, ITOM, and business workflows.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow development with 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in platform configuration, scripting, and module implementation.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS, with the ability to build responsive and user-centric service portals.

- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and functional workflows through effective stakeholder communication.

- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and their practical application within the ServiceNow ecosystem to improve service delivery outcomes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from our Mumbai office, demonstrating strong self-management and team coordination skills.
