ServiceNow Developer - ITOM/IRM Modules

Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using App Engine / Scoped Applications.

- Hands-on scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions.

- Work on ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and/or CMDB implementation and optimization.

- Build and maintain custom applications and workflows.

- Implement and support IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules (Risk, Policy and Compliance).

- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Ensure data integrity and governance within CMDB.

- Participate in design discussions and follow best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders for requirement gathering.

Requirements :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development.

- Hands-on with ITOM / CMDB / IRM / Custom Apps.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.

- Experience in REST/SOAP integrations.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.

- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
