We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise across ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC modules to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Work on implementations and enhancements across ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC.

- Design workflows, integrations, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Perform platform upgrades, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

Required Skills :

- 4- 9 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong expertise in one or more modules : ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting : JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.

- Experience with Service Portal, CMDB, Discovery, and Automation workflows.

- Good understanding of ITSM processes and enterprise workflows.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
