Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITOM and ITAM modules to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a specific focus on ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and ITAM (Hardware/Software Asset Management).

- Manage and maintain the CMDB to ensure data accuracy and health.

- Customize and configure the Service Catalog and utilize Flow Designer to automate complex business processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including testing and deployment.

Mandatory Skills :

- ITOM (IT Operations Management) : Strong hands-on experience is a must.

- ITAM (IT Asset Management) : Proficient knowledge and implementation experience.

- Core Development : Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture.

Secondary Skills :

- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

- Service Catalog Management

- Flow Designer

- Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
