We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our Singapore team to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex enterprise solutions. In this role, you will act as a technical bridge between business requirements and platform capabilities, working closely with stakeholders to translate organizational needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements, ensuring that our solutions drive measurable improvements in service delivery, automation, and user experience across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions to address complex business challenges and improve process automation for our clients.

- Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITSM modules to ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational workflows.

- Design and maintain seamless integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise applications to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into robust, scalable technical specifications.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and performance testing to maintain platform stability and ensure high-quality delivery of all technical enhancements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow development, including advanced scripting, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Implementation.

- Proven ability to manage complex ServiceNow ITSM environments and drive the lifecycle of platform modules from design through to production.

- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Integration techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and integration hubs to connect disparate enterprise systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative, client-facing environment within our Singapore office, maintaining a high standard of professional excellence.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions.
