Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.

- Work on ServiceNow development activities using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

- Understand and work with ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, and integrations.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

- Support HRSD-related development and platform requirements.

- Work with relevant teams to understand requirements and deliver ServiceNow solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and configurations.

- Provide required support during extended support hours, including support until 12 : 30 AM IST.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Minimum 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HRSD module.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, and integrations.

- Strong hands-on development and troubleshooting skills.

- Willingness to attend an in-person interview in Hyderabad.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.

- Flexible to support extended working hours up to 12 : 30 AM IST.
