Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Catalog Development, Service Portal, end-to-end integrations, Flow Development, and ServiceNow upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

- Design and develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and catalog components.

- Build and enhance ServiceNow Service Portal experiences.

- Develop and manage end-to-end integrations between ServiceNow and external applications/systems.

- Design and implement Flows and automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer.

- Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, including impact analysis, customization review, testing, and post-upgrade validation.

- Troubleshoot development and integration issues and provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Service Catalog Development

- Experience with Service Portal

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end integrations

- Strong experience in Flow Development / Flow Designer

- Experience working on ServiceNow upgrades
