Job Summary :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.

- Work extensively on ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.

- Configure and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and related ITSM processes.

- Develop and customize Customer Service Management (CSM) functionality, including cases, customer interactions, accounts, contacts, and related workflows.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal components, pages, widgets, catalog items, forms, and user experiences.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and integrations.

- Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, Flow Designer, Workflows, Catalog Items, Record Producers).

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.

- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications and integrations.

ServiceNow CSM Experience :

- Practical experience in Case Management, Customer/Contact/Account Management, Case assignment/routing, Customer interactions, Case workflows, Customer Service Portal, Knowledge integration, Service Catalog integration, and CSM business rules.

ServiceNow ITSM Experience :

- Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, SLA Management, Notifications, Assignment groups, ITSM workflows).

Service Portal Experience :

- Development and customization of ServiceNow Service Portal, portal pages, widgets, and AngularJS-based widgets.
