Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers and Architects with deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC / TPRM) or Security Operations (SecOps - VR / SIR) modules.

In this role, you will design, configure, customize, and deploy enterprise-grade ServiceNow risk, compliance, and security management solutions.

This is a core technical development and implementation role.

Candidates with purely operational, SOC analyst, business analyst, or SIEM administration backgrounds without hands-on ServiceNow development will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

Core Development & Customization :

- Design, build, and deploy technical solutions across ServiceNow IRM (GRC/TPRM) or SecOps (SIR/VR) modules.

- Develop custom Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Workflow/Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP).

- Create and manage customized dashboards, reports, Performance Analytics, and Service Portal widgets tailored to risk, compliance, and security operations.

Module Implementation & Integration :

- Implement end-to-end workflows for IRM / GRC / TPRM (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management) and SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence).

- Integrate ServiceNow SecOps/IRM with external security engines, SIEM tools, vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7), and third-party risk feeds using IntegrationHub or custom API integrations.

- Configure Data Lookup, Automated Risk Scoring, Assessment Engine, and Automated Remediation Workflows.

Solution Architecture & Quality :

- Participate in architectural decisions, technical design reviews, and platform governance.

- Ensure code quality, adhere to ServiceNow best practices, and maintain update sets/Git deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

- Perform upgrade impact analyses and resolve platform upgrade conflicts.

Technical & Professional Qualifications :

- Core Experience : 6 - 11 years of dedicated hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and module configuration.

- Domain Focus : Proven track record in implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC/TPRM or SecOps/SIR/VR modules.

- Technical Proficiency : Strong expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML/CSS, AngularJS (Service Portal), IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server configuration.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Risk/Compliance/TPRM or SecOps/VR/SIR.
