Job Title : ServiceNow Developer /Consultant / Architect (Any Module Expertise)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer / Architect with hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, ITAM, FSM, and other ServiceNow product suites.

This role requires strong platform knowledge, scripting expertise, and the ability to work across business functions to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.

- Build custom applications using App Engine Studio, UI Builder, and Service Portal.

- Develop reusable components, workflows, and scalable architectures.

Module Expertise (Any combination of below) :

- ITSM : Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management

- ITOM : Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Cloud Management

- CSM & Order Management (SOM/OMT) : Case Management, Customer Workflows, Order Lifecycle, Fulfillment

- SPM / PPM / APM / ITBM : Demand, Project Portfolio, Resource Management, Application Portfolio

- ITAM (SAM/HAM / SAMPro) : Software & Hardware Asset Management, Compliance, License Optimization

- GRC / IRM : Risk, Policy, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk Management

- SecOps (SIR/VR) : Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response integrations

- HRSD : Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events

- FSM / FSO / WSD : Field Service Operations, Workforce Scheduling, Dispatch Optimization

- ITOM Extensions (TSOM) : Telecom Service Operations, Service Assurance

- RPA : Process automation using ServiceNow RPA Hub

- Agentic AI / Automation : AI-powered workflows, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence

Integration & Automation :

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server.

- Build automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration.

- Work with external systems like monitoring tools, HRMS, ERP, CRM.

CMDB & Data Management :

- Maintain CMDB health, data integrity, and reconciliation rules.

- Manage CI relationships, identification rules, and governance.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management :

- Gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions.

- Support UAT, deployments, and post-production enhancements.

- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and solution designs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-12 years of experience on ServiceNow platform

- Strong hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules (at least 23 domains mandatory)

Expertise in :

- JavaScript, GlideScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies

- Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal

Experience in :

- REST/SOAP integrations

- MID Server configuration

- CMDB & data governance

- Understanding of ITIL processes

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in relevant modules)

- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects

- Exposure to AI/Automation (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence)

- Architect-level understanding for senior roles

Key Hiring Focus :

- Candidates with breadth across modules + depth in at least one domain
