Role Summary :

Looking for an experienced Full Stack ServiceNow Developer to build advanced workflows and AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves developing custom applications, integrating AI/ML capabilities, and creating modern UI/UX experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, SPM).

- Full stack development :

o Backend : Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, REST/SOAP APIs.

o Frontend : Service Portal, UI Builder, React components.

- Integrate ServiceNow with AI services and automation tools.

- Work in Agile teams, participate in sprint planning and demos.

Required Skills :

- Strong ServiceNow development experience (JavaScript, Glide API).

- UI Builder, Service Portal, and API integrations.

- Knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs, CMDB.

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and chatbot integrations.

- Understanding of Agile/DevOps practices.

Preferred :

- ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM).

- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins.

- Exposure to AI frameworks or autonomous workflows.
