Role : ServiceNow Developer

Experience : 5 - 10 Years

Location : Chennai (World Trade Center) - WFO

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

- Create and maintain/deploy custom applications using AppEngine Studio.

- Design and implement table structures.

- Implement integrations with source systems via REST, JDBC Load, etc.

- Design, build, and adjust custom flows using Flow Designer (approvals, tasks, notifications).

- Customize Service Portal components such as ticket pages, approvals, and custom widgets.

- Configure and enhance ServiceNow Workspace.

- Perform server-side and client-side scripting for validations, automation, business rules, and logic.

- Configure and maintain ACLs (Access Control Lists).

- Set up infrastructure components such as Email and LDAP.

- Apply ServiceNow best practices and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly AppEngine.

- Mandatory Certification : Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- Nice to Have : Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities.

- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript or equivalent technologies.

- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and AppEngine Developer.
