Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant / Architect with expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across advanced ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, HRSD, and CSM, along with a strong understanding of the Now Platform architecture, integrations, and automation capabilities.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions that drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

- Customize and extend the ServiceNow platform using best practices and platform capabilities.

- Implement and support modules including ITOM, ITAM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, and Service Catalog.

- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.

- Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and the Now Platform.

- Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

- Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and web services.

- Implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

- Participate in ServiceNow implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.

- Gather business requirements and prepare functional and technical design documentation.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide L2/L3 production support.

- Optimize platform performance, security, scalability, and governance.

- Support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during solution delivery.

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and recommend platform improvements.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and digital transformation projects.

- Knowledge of Service Portal and Employee Center customization.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of ITIL processes, ITSM practices, and governance frameworks.

- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for ServiceNow deployments.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are an added advantage.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, consulting, or solution architecture.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with advanced modules beyond ITSM.
