Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow Architect at Rayosys Services, you will serve as the primary technical authority for large-scale enterprise implementations. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business process owners and technical delivery teams, to design robust, scalable solutions that align with organizational goals. Your day-to-day will involve translating complex business requirements into high-performing technical architectures, ensuring that the ServiceNow platform serves as a catalyst for business agility and operational excellence across the entire enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM modules to ensure seamless business process automation.

- Lead complex implementation projects by defining technical roadmaps, ensuring adherence to CSDM frameworks and ITIL best practices.

- Develop custom applications and complex integrations using JavaScript and REST APIs to connect disparate enterprise systems.

- Oversee the health and integrity of the CMDB, ensuring accurate data modeling and configuration management for downstream service delivery.

- Mentor junior developers and technical consultants, fostering a culture of high-quality code standards and architectural rigor.

- Collaborate with client leadership to identify process gaps and provide strategic recommendations for platform optimization and long-term scalability.

Required Skillset:

- Proven expertise in architecting and implementing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRMS, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and FSM.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the development of custom REST API integrations to support complex enterprise workflows.

- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical design documentation and scalable system architectures.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and CSDM standards, with a track record of applying these to improve service delivery outcomes.

- Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment across Delhi NCR, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Noida, maintaining high standards of delivery in hybrid or remote settings.

- Candidates must possess 6 - 12 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
