About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, workflow automation, integrations, and custom application development.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service management processes and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Develop and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes.

- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer flows, and Automation workflows.

- Develop custom applications using the ServiceNow App Engine.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.

- Configure and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal system performance.

- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.

- Support production issues and provide continuous improvements to the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 15 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform customization and scripting.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.

- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and App Engine Studio.

- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.

- Experience developing and consuming APIs for enterprise integrations.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, or CMDB.

- Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
