- Application Design and Development.

- ServiceNow Developers design, build, and implement new applications and modules on the platform.

- Customize applications to meet specific business needs.

- Create and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and user interfaces.

- Experience with SPM including Demand, Projects, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, Financial Management and Resource Management is a plus.

Essential Job Functions :

- Requirements Gathering and Analysis.

1. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements.

2. Translate requirements into technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.

3. Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities through automation.

- System Integration.

1. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications.

2. Ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.

- Data Maintenance and Integration.

1. Support data management activities and ensure system reliability and consistency.

Qualifications :

- Experience in ServiceNow development and customization.

- Understanding of application development lifecycle and integration patterns.

- Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
