ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules. The ideal candidate will lead ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support initiatives while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HAM and SAM implementations.

- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows.

- Provide technical leadership to development and support teams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.

- Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices compliance.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Drive platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

- Support incident resolution and troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in: ServiceNow HAM ServiceNow SAM ServiceNow Platform Development

Expertise in :

- Business Rules Flow Designer Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies Service Catalog

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Strong knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management processes.

- Experience in ServiceNow implementation and support projects.

- Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow HAM and SAM certifications.

- Experience in ITAM transformation programs.

- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies. Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
