ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking skilled ServiceNow Developers with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working across multiple ServiceNow modules and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications

- Work on modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), HRSD, and CSM

- Build workflows using Flow Designer and Service Portal/UI Builder

- Perform integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

- Maintain CMDB and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements

- Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment

Key Skills (Mandatory) :

- ServiceNow ITOM / ITSM

- ServiceNow HRSD

- ServiceNow SAM

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- JavaScript, APIs, Flow Designer

- CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping

- Service Portal / UI Builder

- GRC/IRM, SecOps, CSM

- Custom App Development

Eligibility :

- BE / B.Tech or equivalent

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow
