Role Overview :

As a ServiceNow Developer at Sysmind Tech PVT LTD, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our clients' evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Your expertise will contribute directly to improving IT service management processes, enhancing user experiences, and driving operational efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management, to align with client requirements.

- Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other ServiceNow configurations to automate processes and improve user experience.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations, providing timely and effective support to end-users.

- Contribute to the development of ServiceNow best practices, standards, and documentation to ensure consistency and maintainability of solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules,

including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change

Management.

- Proven expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs and integration techniques.

- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and experience implementing IT service management processes within ServiceNow.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
